While we welcome orders from all areas of the UK, unfortunately, we are unable to accept online orders for shipping to the Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands. If you would like to place an order for delivery to the Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We always strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Your order is delivered directly from our warehouses and you may find that some products may arrive separately.

Returns
We are pleased to offer a quick and simple returns process. Please refer to our terms of sale page for full details of our returns policy.

Check your order as soon as it arrives. You must let us know within 24 hours of delivery if anything is damaged or not up to your expectations.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you would like to return a product.

You have a further 14 days from the date you let us know, to return the item. Requests and returns outside of these times will not be accepted.

The cost to return your order is your responsibility, we do not offer free returns unless your product was faulty or damaged on arrival. You can choose your preferred carrier for return shipping for all products. We can arrange collection of any Large items that require a 2 man delivery for a fee of £250.

Please keep the proof of postage for all returns until we acknowledge receipt of your order. Any lost or damaged orders can not be investigated without your proof of postage.
